Our Kitchen

Our kitchen follows the natural cycle of the seasons. Fresh herbs and vegetables come from our own garden. Our own agriculture supplies the pork and lamb on our menu and farmers form the direct surrounding provides the basis for the fresh preparation of your dinner.

On the menu you‘ll find a great variety of vegetables. Meat and fish of excellent quality, but also home made bacon and sausages and the specialities from pork and lamb.

The suckling pig is one of our specialities. Presented in the restaurant and carved in front of your guests.
